Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be new, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The return label is provided at no cost to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange, contact us at TickTrend@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
