Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to store error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees.
